Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care

Had to come bring my special needs twin toddlers for exams and they were wonderful. The receptionist was extra helpful checking us in and helping me bc she could see my hands were full. They got us back there quickly and the nurse was also great — super helpful and quick. Same story with the doctor. Wonderful. They seem fairly experienced with kiddos and helping make the process quick and smoother and as painless as possible. This tired mama appreciates it so much. Thank you guys for all being so great.

I was greeted immediately and the receptionist was extremely kind. I asked about wait time and she was correct - it wasn't too long. The doctor was kind and listened and validated what I was dealing with. I asked for a preventative prescription as a " just in case" and was prescribed so I wouldn't need to come back if secondary infection occurred. I had a similar reason to go to an urgent care facility in MN which was such a bad experience that this experience was just amazing. You all know how to run an urgent care facility.

I deeply appreciated that even though the online website said there were no slots left for that day, and I would have to book the next day, when I called the clinic itself, a receptionist answered the phone immediately. She listened to my symptoms and said they could accommodate me as walk-in. Check in was easy, and although there were several ahead of me, my wait time was much shorter than anticipated. Everyone involved in my care was kind. cheerful, and attentive to my needs. something else that really impressed me was that even though they were moving rapidly and efficiently, no one acted rushed. The NP that treated me was friendly, kind, and clearly good at what she does. She listened carefully, and explained what I needed to know/do going forward.

The facility was very clean and modern. The staff was super nice, checking in was quick and easy on and completing registration was very easy though the link hat was sent to my phone. I waited for less than 10 Minutes before being taken into an exam room and waiting for the PA took even less time. I was in and out within 30 minutes and every person that helped me was very nice and professional.

Horribly long wait time and doctors and nurses move at snail pace! There are 22 people waiting to be seen, no one works the front desk the tv with the appointments up does not work just shows fake check in’s. When people have asked how much longer or what’s taking so long they are snappy with the sick patients. This is absolutely ridiculous, the ER would be much faster than this place! Also this place is too small to be in closed with this many sick people around each other.
