Avoid Dr. Guzman. Maybe he's a good surgeon idk, but he provides zero treatment consultation and is not there to help you. *additional note* since the dude is a "specialist" it costed me more than double to see him and get false diagnosis that he refused to test for upon request. Grab another physician, it'll be cheaper and they'll do a better job.

First visit today, with Dr Brookdale , much more pleasant experience than where I had previously been seen. This Dr has a plan, he's getting done what should have by urologist in Oklahoma. I've been with the Mercy care system for years, I will never try another again... I want to add that his nurse was friendly and professional as was front desk.

Our experience with Mercy Urology in Rogers, Arkansas, was unsatisfactory from the beginning of our son's circumcision procedure to the final follow-up appointment with the surgeon. There were significant delays and a lack of proper communication and support. On the day of the procedure, we were given minimal post-care instructions, simply being told to remove the bandages after 24 hours. In reality, it took us three weeks to remove the bandages, including a visit to a pediatrician for assistance. During this time, we were unable to reach anyone at Mercy Urology despite repeated attempts. When we finally received a response, it was four weeks later, only to be met with a complaint from the doctor about the delay in follow-up, which they seemed unaware was due to the difficulty in schedulin

Dr was great however his nurses fail to check on patient after surgery and to return messages. Left husband hanging with pain all weekend. We pay good money for insurance coverage. Feel this is unacceptable.

I did not like the extreme push toward the procedure to help with urgent impulses to urinate. The equipment test I passed. I chose after complying NOT to have it installed permanently. I’d prefer to chose another physician in this same practice who does NOT recommend that procedure..
