Dr. Eckhoff and nurse practitioner Paula Stegaman are the best. I have had chronic pain for 48years recently severe neck pain new for me. They are the most caring, compassionate medical professionals ever. I have been to numerous Dr's. They actually care. Paula was so compassionate and knew I was not living but exhisting and refered me immediately to a neurosurgeon. They didn't treat me like a addict. Dr. Eckhoff was awesome and tried to treat my pain. I finally after 18months of living in severe pain got referred to Mercy Pain Center. I now have a choice to permanently fix me to reduce my pain. Thanks to Dr. Eckhoff and especially Paula. Paula sent me to a great neurosurgeon who now will fix me and Paula saved my life by giving me hope to get a permanent fix. Thanks guys your te
