I have been to almost every psychiatric hospital in the Chicago area and I can DEFINITELY say that this is by far the BEST one. I have been on the child/adolescent unit and the adult unit (3 west). They treat patients with care and respect and the environment is great. I want to especially give a big thanks to Kris on 3 west. She really cares about the patients and makes sure that the unit is being run well (makes sure things get fixed when they are broken/dirty, makes necessary calls, gets forms/paperwork, helps with discharge, helps patients get what they need, helps patients learn how things work on the unit, etc.). She really takes her job seriously and goes above and beyond.

you guys are really gonna update your sign out front instead of fixing the things for your programs, making sure your have people being taken care of, making sure people get their medication and making sure people are getting their information released correctly in the correct hands. And lastly making sure the staff treats the patients nicely….yall won’t do that.???? But Yall fix your damn sign, like that just shows what’s actually important to you guys.

Visiting one of the dangerous untamed cities in central Florida ran into police dat had zero tolerance for my breed thanks to staff and trained doctors dey gave me my medication and sent me my way i feel a lot better now
