Mercer Health: Emergency Room

I have been in here 4 times with 3 different family members from age 16 to 91 and I have to say this place is fantastic. Every single staff member has been wonderful and so caring. I have been to a lot of ER's around the US and this one is hands down the best. Keep up the amazing work, it is appreciated!!

The best emergency room I’ve been to. Went in tonight at 4:30am for influenza, they did everything they could to make sure I was better before they sent me home. Got out at 9:30 this morning, was definitely worth it. Doctors did IV fluids and blood work on everything you can think of. And found out some things I didn’t even know. Very glad I was shown I was cared for. Emma is also a great phlebotomist, I recommend her! All of the doctors/nurses were amazing, and I mean ALL. I’m not sure why they have low reviews, as to I have never had a bad experience and I’m not a person to mess around when I don’t feel good. This is where me and my family go anytime we are in urgency of care.

Place is a complete joke. The guy working the counter wanted to notify everyone and their mama that I was there for a Covid test. And he told me to wait in the seats I was in meanwhile they was soaked 🤣 absolute joke.

A great place, very helpful and kind when my daughter broke her leg. They have great orthopedics there as well!! Dr. Otte with OIO was fantastic.

if you are able to go somewhere else , do so ! this place is absolutely awful . never again will I step foot in coldwater hospital . this place has so much potential , but unfortunately they don't use any of it. go somewhere else !!! 🖤🖤
