Reading a few of the most recent reviews made me realize I wasn’t alone. I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt, second-guessing myself and my feelings after every visit. I was desperate for answers, and each visit felt worse than the last. Her bedside manner is horrible. She is not the type of doctor I want for my kids, and if you’re reading this or experiencing something similar, trust your gut and find another doctor. I wish I hadn’t waited this long.

It has taken me a few months to come back and write a review. I will keep it short, the reviews in regard to her bedside manners as well as her lack of empathy are true. I’m only glad my kids are too young to truly understand everything said at the appointment. Please look elsewhere for your loved ones care.

My daughter had an appointment with her this past Monday for sleep problems, and when I tell you we walked out of that appointment and I felt sick to my stomach and overwhelmed that's an understatement. I did not like this doctor she was very very unenthusiastic, no sensitivity, no care all she cared about was bedtime training and didn't care to hear about my daughter's Health Journey or anything about her. The staff was very cold didn't like them at all

The people at Nicholas Children was very great and also the nurses was nice and Dr Bello was very understanding and explained everything thing to us concerning Jahyra Reliford

Called to schedule an appointment and was told it’s six months. I hope none of her patients have serious health issues if it takes half a year to see someone. What a joke.
