My toddler and I had the BEST experience at this office. Dr. Fraga is very professional and caring. The super star though, was the hygienist Stavros. He was so thorough and gentle, my teeth look and feel amazing. I have had bad experiences with really rough hygienists but Stavros was patient and absolutely FANTASTIC! He also made my toddler daughter have fun with her cleaning. She was not scared at all, thanks to his calm demeanor and attention to detail. I HIGHLY recommend this office, and if you want to have the most amazing cleaning experience ask for Stavros.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The staff is very friendly and professional, making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentist explains everything with great patience and clarity, and her dental assistants, Yadian and Elizabeth, were with me and were a great help. The clinic is clean, modern, and organized. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental office.

Pinecrest Dentistry is very prompt, clean, friendly with transparent communication about every procedure & its costs. I really dislike going to the dentists but Dr Medina, Stavros & the whole staff make the experience as pleasant as can be, and I know my dental health is in very capable & careful hands with them.

Went here for an initial visit and a 6 month cleaning. My husband and daughter the same. We all visited at separate times and all had the same poor experience. The first visit took 2 hours and we thought that it was just because it was our first time there. The second visit we were brought into the room and had to sit for over 90 minutes waiting for the doctor. No one came in to explain the wait, no hygienist was doing our cleaning in the meantime. We just sat there and waited. I waited. My daughter waited. But after explaining to my husband the situation, when his appointment came around and he ALSO waited over 60 minutes he just walked out. I had an amazing experience at Pinecrest Modern Dentistry, and I have to give a huge shout-out to their dental hygienist, Stavros. From start to finish, everything was great. The staff was super friendly, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I had an emergency and my regular dentist couldn't give me an appt until the following week. After they took X-Rays, Dr. Medina was very professional and explained very well what was causing my discomfort and since I was already there I also got my teeth cleaned. What really blew me away was Stavros' level of care. I always ask for extra anesthesia during cleanings, but for the first time ever, I didn’t need it!
