I have been a patient at this podiatry office since October 2024 after injuring my ankle in a car accident. Unfortunately, my experience with their billing and office management has been extremely disappointing. I received a call on Friday, 1/9, to confirm an upcoming appointment. During that call, I canceled and said I would reschedule. Then on Monday, 1/12, I received another call to confirm the same appointment. When I explained I had already canceled, the staff member then told me I had an outstanding balance from November 2024. This was shocking to me because when I had an appointment on July 7th, I was told I had a balance, requested a detailed bill, reviewed it, and paid it in full. I was never told at any visit in 2024 or 2025 that I owed anything else. I was transferred to the off

Dr. Carbonell is the best! He treats his patients with respect and compassion. He knows his craft. He’s a miracle worker. His staff is also compassionate and they work well together. Highly recommend him and his practice.

Dr. Carbonell was kind, gentle, considerate, professional and most importantly capable Orthopedic Surgeon. He can comfort you in such amazing way that even by staying with him your pain was half way gone. Hopefully you will never need his service in the future but in case you need foot or ankle surgery or after surgery care, he is THE one you definitely don't want to miss out. Highly recommended.

I have been treated by Dr. Reeves for years I won’t let anyone else touch my feet. I can’t say enough about her. She is not just very knowledgeable but she is amazingly compassionate.
