I had to switch to this office because my main insurance got cut off, and the office I was going to didn't accept my secondary insurance. So, I ended up finding this office, and they accepted my insurance. This office isn't the best. My first visit there, I had an appointment but waited over an hour to be seen, even though I had an appointment. I needed a form filled out and sent it to the provider I saw, and it's been weeks with no reply. I sent it again, and a month has passed. It's difficult for me to just go into the office, so I used the patient portal. I'm definitely going back to my old office now that my insurance is active again. Me and my kids go here and all the staff is so pleasant and nice, we usually don’t get to see Dr. Menocal we see Amy most of the time and we love her she is so down to the point and cares about your health issues. When we do see Dr. Menocal he is very knowledgeable about everything and that is really important to me and my family.

I'm just going to dive right in on this horrendous experience that I spent hard earned money on. I went in to establish general health care. It's wildly impossible to find a PCP. From first glance, they seem to care. However, after a botched blood draw, they tell you that your numbers are terrible and you should come back in a couple months. They tell you there's a lump in your breast and sends you off for a mammogram/ultrasound. The results come back and they have not ONCE bothered to follow up or schedule anything. Waste of space. Waste of hard earned money (for some of us). Avoid like the plague.

The doctors are nice, i love the people. They’re okay but the time wait, they need to be mindful, i understand that it’s common, but atleast reschedule or have other doctor to see us. I waited one hour in the lobby and another 45 mins for the doctor. It should never be that long. My visit was 10 mins.

I would give zero stars if it was available. Amy is a disaster. I known Dr Menocal for over 20 years. I went to Amy last week amongst other inappropriate events, with an arrived CVS to pick up medication she prescribed, the pharmacist informed me that the medication could cause me problems with my heart. This should have been discussed with provider not at drive thur with pharmacist. I changed providers and the medication that she prescribed for the condition, did not exist per second opinion. Amy was dressed very unprofessional. Her bedside manner was unprofessional. I’m told she is the only provider in this office. Go elsewhere she is dangerous.
