Menard Therapy

As a personal trainer, I recognized my shoulder was strained and needed professional attention. I walked in unable to roll my shoulder back. I have three children and my youngest is 9 months. Hours of nursing and caring for three toddler and infant aged children took a toll on my shoulders, especially my right shoulder. After the session, I was able to move with a greater range of motion, and do so without pain. The next morning, I had my regular range of motion back with minimal pain. Thank you Steve!

Steven was great in assessing my current situation, I came in with a lot of tightness on several parts of my posterior chain along with some mobility restrictions. Through several techniques such as scraping, cupping, dynamic soft tissue work, and range of motion tests he was able to address a lack of adductor activation that I was experiencing which turns out to be the cause of some of my lower back pain. Felt like a new person after my session with Steven and will definitely be setting up a follow up appointment.

Our session started with a mobility assessment to get a good indication of what work needed to be done— I really appreciated this as it showed me he listened to what my goals were for the session and where i wanted to focus on. I came to Steven because I've been having worsening pain and limited mobility in my neck, upper back, and shoulders and lately it has been interfering with sleep, my mood, etc. Steven did a full body sports massage with dynamic cupping, vibration activation, and scraping therapy with a lot of focus on my pain areas as well as giving me exercises to do at home before my neck session.
