Memorial West Outpatient Pharmacy

Unfortunately my condition requires medication for life. Since 2009 I had my share of many pharmacies, WALGREENS, CVS, the pharmacy that once located at memorial before the new change. I followed a particular pharmacist for several years, then went with CAPSULE. The problems I encounter we’re so stressful and no communication with patients ( last minute informing that they wouldn’t fill a certain medication) was so unprofessional and risky) However MWP, has been extremely helpful, reliable and so professional, that I can only say THANK YOU SO MUCH. I am truly grateful and know I can DEPEND on them every month. Tremendously professional courteous and extremely reliable. Kudos to the entire staff and MEMORIAL HOSPITAL PHARMACY.🙏🙏🙏

Laziest people on earth. In wrong profession of "helping". The only guy that pretends to work in that pharmacy actually walks away when he sees anyone approaching the line , and he does that every time. He walks away, to dodge any work, clearly and chatters with one of the girls. They ALWAYS give wrong info, claiming prescriptions are not ready or were never called in. Or that its ready, then you get there to find there is no Rx! More often than not you will get wrong info. You'll NEVER see the actual pharmacist, EVER. Its like they hide. There's No personal care, they do not get to or even try to know patients. Its been a very different experience than ANY OTHER pharmacy, and really bad for several reasons. People only go to this pharmacy because they service the hospital and carry exclu

Prescription restocked at day 10 when the text message sent stated meds will be restocked on day 15 if not picked up My spouse was in the hospital. The text was a nice reminder, but my meds were returned prior to the expected trigger date. Resulting in delayed care.

My pharmacy is very courteous, professional, and very helpful. If I have any questions or issues the Pharmacist and Pharmacy staff are available to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I am very happy with Memorial West Outpatient Pharmacy and highly recommend them.

True miracle workers my initial payment for my prescription was $800. They were able to drop it to 100 and then eventually $25 monthly.
