I was taken care of by Dr.Brown, My medical assistant/ rad tech Khalille and greeted by Stephanie! I 100% love this location. Everyone is so nice , welcoming and comforting. They took their time explaining things to me and my wait time was not even more than 10 minutes to be seen. They were efficient and did not waste any time in between to see me and take care of me. Thank you to such an amazing team!

Dr.Brown Medical Assistant: Mijadys Radiology Technology: Maria Patient Service Rep.: Joseline These young professional Women provided me. With Great excellent care. They went beyond the call of duty to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Brown was knowledgeable, spoke with confidence, was prompt, and provided guidance. Ms.Joseline welcomed me immediately with a smile and information pertaining to the check-in process. Ms.Mijadys was friendly and confident regarding her service of excellence. Ms. Marie was so warm and friendly. And very knowledgeable, precise, and educated about her radiology experience.

My husband second visit at Memorial urgent care Sheridan location . They are the best , quick and nice staff. Dr. Brown has great bedside care and compassionate. She’s very proactive prescribing medications that would help the patients symptoms and help on discomfort. Stephanie is courteous welcoming the clients / patients at the front desk. Khalille MA is kind and a good listener. If ever you need to go to urgent care this is the place.

I went in for a toe fracture. Arti Sukhwani was the Dr on staff that day. She came in and seemed like she was in a bad mood. Her bedside manner was not very good at all. And she barely touched my foot with gloves on. My large toe was hurt and my foot was swollen. She asked me to remove the small bandaid I had on my toe. I even mentioned that to the nurse who took me in for my xray about how she was a little off putting. She gave me very basic instructions after my xray very rushed at the door instead of coming into the exam room. Then she prescribed me a very strong antibiotic for 10 days!!!!! I was concerned and told her that I react badly to antibiotics and she said I need to take it because feet are “dirty”and can get infected! Mind you my feet were clean just out of the shower. That w

Staff was all amazing from the front desk (Joseline) to our medical assistant who was also my son’s radiology technologist (Khalille) who made sure he was covered in all areas beside his knee jaja. I couldn’t have asked for a better and quick experience. Dr. Coll was friendly and knowledgeable regarding my son’s knee xray image. Highly recommend! Thank you for having us in and out
