Super slow... This is Sunday but this?? .. kept me waiting for hours for X rays .. Doc says he will refer to another doctor then he is not seen for 50 minutes...

Discharged with a critical seizure-preventing prescription being sent to the wrong pharmacy, and the incorrect pharmacy (a random Walgreens) it was sent to was closed by the time it was reached after the discharge time. That medication needs to be taken at 9pm and the prescription was sent to a pharmacy that closes 6pm. Even the hospital outpatient pharmacy is closed by 5 on Saturdays. The healthcare was good up to this point.

Spent 16 hours in the ER with my son who had a slip and fall accidents and damaged his C-6 &7, T-10 & 11, and L4& 5 and S1. All bulging. Dr. Wenger order a CT Scan very relyctant to do it, and when we were able to see the results on the portal my daughter who is an NP for VA hospital Orthopedics read and told us what was happening, radiologist recommended an MRI. We had all this information on our own. The nurse came by and asked us if we knew an MRI was ordered, of course we did not. Dr. came by later and said that the CT Scan showed nothing, but an MRI was ordered and it could be hours. My son with neck and left side numb and tingling in his toes sat in a chair on a hallway for close to11 hours, until finally the nurse put him on a stretcher.
