Great team! Kudos to my fantastic nurses ( Bendina & Ashley). These nurses are passionate, professional with high level standards that made my recovery speedy & pleasant. The hospitality service ( Jackie/Violet) from kitchen & Housekeeping was heartwarming. I feel that housekeeping should stop by both AM and PM. They are short staffed. The Nurse managers AM/PM (Cybil) need to be more proactive and vigilant of the patient needs. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the carelessness and accountability as seen in the fotos below. Moving forward, I see the Hospital (staff & Administration) on the right track achieving higher standards to meet the patient needs. Thanks M.Ed.

During one of the most vulnerable and difficult times in my life, Herlande and Ashley were truly a blessing. As my nurses, they showed not only professionalism, but genuine compassion and kindness that touched my heart. They constantly made sure I felt safe, comfortable, and cared for, and their reassurance brought me so much peace. Their warmth and attentiveness made a world of difference in my recovery. I will always be deeply grateful for the love and support they showed me during my hospitalization.

Received such great treatment from everyone. Great atmosphere as well, clean rooms. 😊 My nurse Anna was the best nurse….she was always there when needed. There were so many others who made my stay more ch better, including Dr. John, Dr. Malis, Sibel, and a few others who took care of me. Thank them for all they did. ❤️‍🩹

Went to the ER in severe pain. The nurse was amazing! Very sweet and attentive. The doctor I've had before and he's great as well. They took very good care of me. Had my own room which was amazing. Was able to turn off the lights and rest. Great staff.

We went to Pembroke ER due to a sudden health emergency for my husband, which led to an urgent surgery. We were truly blessed to have an exceptional team who not only made us feel safe and supported, but cared for us as if we were their own family—always with warmth and a smile. 1. Dr. Mallis – An outstanding surgeon. He clearly explained the procedure, reassured us through a delicate situation, and ensured everything was handled with excellent care. 2. Sheila (Pharmacist) – She was present in the OR and was incredibly supportive. She checked on us at every step and made sure everything was managed with attention and care. 3.
