Memorial Drive Dental Associates

I wouldn’t go anywhere else…and I’ve been to many practices. I’ve been going here for over a year now and the new doctor is great as well as my hygienist and everyone else. I can’t recommend Memorial Drive Dental enough!

After 15 years of treatment for myself and family they dumped us as patients. Our insurance was going through some difficulties, nothing to do with us as patients. It took a year to get a cleaning and exam from a new dentist. My daughter has cavities due to her braces. Yes, some of that is on her but if we had a dentist it would have been seen sooner. I've also had a filling break that this dentist put in. Apparently it should have been a crown, not this poor repair. Office staff is consistently rude over the years.

Went there for the 1st time today, they got me right away. After consulting with the Dr. I was told they were calling in a script for me. When I went to pick it up i found that they never called it in. Tried calling the office according to their hours they were open but they kept letting my calls go to voicemail. Part of the doctor patient trust is when the doctor says he is going to do something it gets done......This coupled with the estimate he gave me for the work that was needed was high compared to others in the area which my insurance also agreed with. Becuase of lack of follow through i would be careful, if they forget a simple script what else are they going to foget. Now I have to look elsewhere.

As a now former patient of Memorial Drive Dental Associates, I was taken back by the way I was treated over the phone. The staff member was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Telling me I was confused, when I was extremely aware of my previous phone call. Instead of addressing my concern with professionalism and respect, they were rude, short and condescending. I expect better treatment from a practice I was a patient of. If this is how they treat their clients, I cannot imagine they value patient care very much. After this experience, I’ll be looking for a new dentist-one that actually respects and appreciates their patients.

Dr. Rusiecki and his associates were right on schedule for my appointment, I didn't have to wait at all. Everyone was polite and professional. There's nothing I love more then a doctor who respects their patients time. They were quick to make a plan of action to address my concerns and thorough in their assessment. I have total confidence in their team and am looking forward to my next appointment!
