The Director and administrator are responsive to the needs of the facility, families and staff. The nurses are attentive to residents needs, and appropriately identify concerns requiring attention. Therapies are available and are growing. Overall the individual needs of each resident are met. Melrose is a caring place, that helps residents build a small community, and find comfort in their home. Providing space to move around, outdoor seating offering a safe and comfortable outdoor environment. There are many fun ability appropriate activities to do, with the best activities director in all the places I have ever been too. 🩷

I visited a dear friend today, Eddie, and met some wonderful people, including Martini. If you’re reading this Martini, I’m the donut lady. Very kind and professional, Martini deserves more treats. Thank you.

My brother has been in 4 other facilities over the past few years. They were chaotic. He was injured in 2 of the facilities. Care was minimal at best and concerns were ignored. He has been at Melrose HealthCare for about a year. Yes, it is an older building. The caring Staff and the quiet peaceful atmosphere is what is the most important in my opinion. The residents care about each other. For the most part, they are like a family. Any time I have asked a question or expressed a concern it was resolved right away.

It seems really good. I'm not sure why the 2 and 1/2 Stars. The care workers in there are exceptional. My mother actually likes the price a lot.
