I was looking for a new, independent dentist around Melrose and was lucky enough to find Dr. Leno. I had my first appointment which included a cleaning and check up. The dental hygienist was terrific. She explained everything she was doing, was gentle and thorough. Dr. Leno then came in to conduct an exam, he was kind and thorough, I never felt like I was rushed. I had my first follow up appointment today - to fix an ill-fitting crown put in by a chain dental office - it was a very pleasant experience. Kelly at the front desk is very knowledgeable about insurance and was able to get me a comprehensive estimate of costs, insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses which helped us make strategic follow up appointments to maximize my insurance benefits and minimize my out of pocket expenses

Today March 5,25 I just went to Melrose Dental Group for my first cleaning my new hygienist Andrea was super she explained everything to me what she was going to do during my cleaning, Andrea knew I had sensitive teeth recommended the right tooth paste I should use. After I met Dr Leno he was also super he told me I had two cavities to be filled he recommended that I fill the deeper cavity first it only takes an hour to do so I have another appointment for that in a month, also made an appointment for my six month cleaning again in September 2025. So I am in the hands of a new hygienist and dentist. Everyone on the staff I met today March 5th was wonderful, thanks to my supervisor Janice Hughes who recommended Melrose Dental Group and Dr Leno to me

Excellent dentist and office! Very considerate and capable. I've had a bunch of work done there over the past couple of years and they have been great! Always make sure I understand what the options are and the process. Billing is never a surprise with clear accurate estimates. Dr. Leno is the ultimate professional, courteous, thorough and willing to explain anything. They run on schedule, waits are very minimal if at all.

I made a dental appointment at Dr. Piro Leno's office the other day and have to say I highly recommend him. Not only was he extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, he took his time to explain all treatment options in detail and exceeded my expectations as he was extremely compassionate. And his staff were phenomenal, Janet, Kelly and Daniela, spent significant time listening to me and my concerns, were so professional and caring, there aren't enough words to express how great they made me feel. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, but I highly recommend Dr. Leno and his practice and staff.
