Melrose Animal Clinic has such friendly staff and providers! They’re always so sweet and friendly not only to us humans, but they truly care about the pets they’re examining! Our two cats, Feather and Twinkie, are not fans of vet visits, but they quickly know they’re in good hands as soon as the exams begin. Our Feather is missing a back paw so I really appreciate our provider feeling her leg and joint to ensure Feather has a great life! The PetDesk app that Melrose Animal Clinic offers is user friendly and helps us keep our appointments and information organized for each kitty! Thank you to all the staff at Melrose Animal Clinic!

Been taking my cat (and ones before) here for many years and have always received the best care possible. From front staff to the doctors and assistants. Everyone here is friendly, caring and compassionate towards animals. They have specialized individual treatments for any breed of dog or cat you may own. We are always seen on time, every time. Making an appointment is easy and you can usually get scheduled sooner than later depending on your circumstances. The app, Pet Desk makes it super easy, fyi. Doctors and vet tech’s have always been patient and are efficient with each appointment. Never feels rushed. Always smooth. You’re in and out. But still they make sure any concern is heard an addressed. I never felt pressured for additional care more than needed. At the end of the day,

Dr. Courtney LeBlanc has been wonderful with my shy and nervous cat, and both vet techs I have met provided me with very useful resources. Any time I have reached out with a question (whether by email or phone), I get a surprisingly fast response, and I trust Dr. LeBlanc and the entire Melrose Animal Clinic team completely. I cannot recommend them enough.

Thank you so much for taking my dog in immediately during an emergency situation. She got into rat poison while I was at work that had been there since the winter. We live in CT so you were not our regular vet but treated us as if we were. We couldn’t thank you enough for your kindness and eagerness to help. It was a traumatic situation and your staff kept coming in with updates and helped me remain calm ensuring me that everything would be okay. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone who loves their fur babies and only wants the best of the best for them.

Luna was provided top notch care in my opinion from the check in to the Vet tech to the Doctor. I felt confident in the ability of your practice to care for my animal who truly is an extension of my family. Gerald was kind and caring to my fur baby as well as the Doctor. I am thankful for the guidance that was provided and reassurance that Luna is happy and healthy despite her dental issues. It is also worth noting that the names at the check in area of the pets coming in that day for appointments is a very nice and thoughtful touch.
