Melbran Pharmacy

Whoever is working the counter has absolutely no sense of customer service. It’s like he’s making fun of you every time you go to get your medication. This person should not be manning the counter doling out medication to extremely sick people. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Go somewhere else.

The guy at the counter is extremely rude. Seemed to be laughing at my atopic eczema. Will not be returning here.

I have a special needs infant and one of our doctors called a special medication in for his glaucoma. We arrived at the pharmacy after 3pm like we were instructed only to find out that they refused to fill the meds without speaking with us first about insurance. This should have been communicated to our doctor seeing that it was vital that we get these meds ASAP. The staff was EXTREMELY rude and condescending, throwing our insurance card back at us saying they can’t even look up our info without the group number (which was on the card if they took a moment to examine it). I’ve told our ophthalmologist to never send another family here and will tell all of our other doctors at the NYP children’s hospital as well. Having a sick child is stressful enough, no need to have a pharmacy admin staf

Professional staff, never have to wait on long lines. Pretty Satisfied with this pharmacy.

Any one who complains about this pharmacy has had the exact opposite experience I have had there. The employees have all been super friendly and I have had them go out of there way several times to help me with issues that have arisen due to the ridiculous insurance industry. If you're looking for a great pharmacy that cares about their customers and are not one of the big chains you will be happy with your choice of Melbran.
