Meijer Pharmacy

I’m extremely disappointed with the Meijer pharmacy. The service is incredibly slow, and I’ve had multiple experiences where prescriptions took far longer than promised. On top of that, the staff seems inconsistent—sometimes helpful, sometimes completely unaware of my order. It’s frustrating when you rely on a pharmacy for essential medications and can’t count on them to be timely or organized. I expected better efficiency and communication, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here.

I always use the drive thru pharmacy window to pick up my Rxs. It's simply convenient for me. Sometimes there's a line, sometimes there's not. You simply need to be patient either way, whether you are going inside or using the drive thru. Everyone is always in such a hurry these days, forgetting no matter the store, corporations are purposely running on the barest minimal of staff they can get away with at all times. It's not always the employees faults that they're is a long wait, it's the higher ups that have cut their stores hours expecting them to do everything with little to no help.

DO NOT GO HERE. They literally hold your prescription hostage and try to act like they’re your parents or something. Talk to you like you’re a straight up piece of dog crap. I have clarified the “rules” with the pharmacist multiple times, yet they make up their own rules every other day. This place seriously needs some new management. I also witnessed a few months ago a man have an issue inside, and once he walked away the whole pharmacy was laughing and talking crap about him loudly with the other customers. The they/them back there tried to come out and pretend to chase after him when he was already gone.. like what are you gonna do?? This is literally the most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever been to and they treat you like you literally do not matter to them at all. You work at a Meij

This pharmacy never has my scripts ready even a day or two after the script is sent. I’ve driven up there several times and they act like they didn’t see it. Idk how it happens but this is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. They just don’t have it together. Doesn’t matter how long they’ve had the script. A day, a week, somehow it’s never ready!

When I called to check on my mother's prescription at the westland pharmacy. I asked to speak to Andy and I was told he was not there. I told them it was a woman who I spoke with simply because of the voice. When I insisted it was a woman I spoke with the employees got very nasty and rude. I just wanted to make sure they would get me to the right person. My mother was running out of her prescription that night. I don't care what anybody's gender is. I just wanted to get my mother's prescription. They said he would call me after he got back from lunch but never did. I had to call again and when I did and eventually speek to Andy, he was nasty and rude too. Yelling at me about why does his gender matter? I said it didn't, I was just going by the voice.
