Meijer Pharmacy

I’ve never left a review before but I felt moved to here. This place has awesome techs and great pharmacists. Sure there are hiccups in the system and it doesn’t always work but that’s apart of life and it’s very disappointing to see other customers treat these workers poorly. The techs do their best, Madelyn is the best, she did everything she could to help me when I had a mix up on my perscriptions, and she went above and beyond to get the lowest price for me when insurance said they wouldn’t pay for something. Dawn is the best she’s always so sweet and a joy to deal with. This place is great

Dont bother calling to check anything. If a male tech answers the phone he just says whatever he wants and when you show up nothing is right or as he said it would be. More than once. And no one cares that hes doing this. Even before they got this guy in there was always issues with inventory or insurance or some reason that what i needed wouldnt ready when promised. About to switch pharmacies.

They don't keep enough inventory. I've found most of them to be pleasant but a few are not. I've fired them. Told my Dr. today and they responded with "we've been hearing that a lot about Meijer".

What a breath of fresh air transferring my prescriptions to this pharmacy. I used it for the first time in my life. I set up the text alerts and within an hour of my doctor calling on my prescription. I received a text from Meijers stating it was ready. I usually have to wait two days at my other pharmacy sometimes more and overall my old pharmacy stressed me out. I walk into the store (meijer) and the customer service at the counter is flawless. The girl was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I have found a new pharmacy!

It takes multiple trips every time I need anything. They either don't have it ready, or there's a problem with insurance, or some other issue. Every. Single. Time. Plus the lines are always long, with not enough staff to get people through quickly.
