Meijer Pharmacy

I can’t say enough good things about the Meijer Pharmacy in Lapeer. They are always so quick and efficient whenever I’ve needed to have my children’s prescriptions filled. I especially appreciate the urgency they show with pediatric prescriptions—it makes such a difference being able to go straight from the doctor’s office to the pharmacy and then head home to start their medicine right away. The staff is not only fast but also extremely kind, which makes the whole experience so much easier during stressful times. I’m very grateful for their excellent service!

This pharmacy went from okay to horrible in the last year. The techs are SO rude. They make mistakes with insurance and pricing and never even apologize and treat you like it’s your fault when they can’t figure out things. I have been shorted medication, mis priced, and even had to go in to get a refund because of wrong pricing not a single sorry just clear annoyance and rudeness from the techs. Pretty sad when the customer is nicer than the tech.

When they changed their app it all went downhill. The website is absolutely terrible and does not work at all. The screen won’t load and you can’t do anything on there. Fix the website and I’ll change my review.

Wait times are too long cause they can never have more than two at the registers meanwhile there’s like 4 other people in the back, been asking for a certain script for two weeks now. Was told it was not in stock at the first initial visit. Second visit they said they would re put it thought he system and I’ll have it with if 15-20 minutes. Script is still being sent as out of stock. How hard is it to make sure you have things in stock for your patients ? Wait for 40 minutes to be told to come back to get back in line for another 40. Ridicule and needs to be figured out
