You need to get the old app back! The set up right now is not very user friendly. So you have to call every time and wait with that dang music while the lady comes on and says “you are #6 in line, you service means a lot to us”. However, the staff is great! I give them 5 stars, but new set up they got going is wonky and it really is like 2 stars. It’s not their fault customers are all angry because what ever they got going is not user friendly at all.

The absolute WORST pharmacy. So slow. They have a dual drive through but only one lane is ever open at a time. So what was the point? They have one, MAYBE two people working ever so the lines are stupidly long no matter what time you go, and if you go inside or through the drive through. They need to revamp the whole situation here. Not just waste money on a second drive through they don’t even use. I’d suggest finding a better pharmacy.

I wish I could give you 0 stars. The worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with!!!!!!! First and foremost what pharmacy closes at 6pm and does not reopen until 9am some people need their medication to survive absolutely unacceptable I will be switching pharmacies!!!!!!! To top it off I come to pick up and wait 30 or more min in line just to be told I have to wait another hour for my script to be ready! Your app is no longer available my number is the same and I receive no text updates!!!! Worthless excuse of a pharmacy!!!!!!!!!

Caleb from the Meijer pharmacy just gave me the best customer service! I needed a med early for a trip out of the country. He asked the pharmacist if I could get it early- and he suggested it. I was able to get it:) Thanks so much!!

This Meijer pharmacy has always been quick at filling my prescriptions. The one time I was told that one of my medications was going to cost $200 even with my insurance. I asked to speak with the pharmacist on duty and he took the time to go over many different options that I could look into. Later that day he had an employee call me at home and informed me that he was able to find a discount for that medication and cut the cost way down. Then another time I needed a new medication, unfortunately they didn’t have enough pills to fill the prescription. I was told I could go to store #324 as they had the quantity needed. So I called store #324 and they said they would have my prescription ready in 30 minutes. When I got there to pick up my prescription they didn’t have my prescription ready
