Meijer Pharmacy

Today I saw the doctor and she ordered a prescription. I asked the pharmacist if it could be in earlier since I live so far away...he said sure...give me two minutes...it was difficult to stay on my feet being so sick but sure enough meds ready quickly! Thanks to Craig S. At cadillac meijer pharmacy! Very appreciative!

I want to give this pharmacy five stars! However, more often than not, I show up to pick up my prescription and it is not ready until later that day or several days out. I’m talking maintenance medication for things like thyroid, and asthma. I am constantly waiting for “their truck to come in” to receive my prescription. If it happened once or twice, no big deal. But it’s literally every time I come through. Today they told me they could have it ready after 2 PM when they got their order in. When I stated I needed it sooner, she said she could have it ready in a couple hours. Ain’t nobody got time To wait around for two hours for a prescription. Suggestion, order more maintenance medication to keep on hand. Antibiotics, thyroid medication, albuterol, palmicort, etc. these should be in read

Pharmacy is always short and rude. ONLY reason I switched to them was because their closer to home. I will drive father to family fare where I'm ALWAYS treated with respect and always leave highly satisfied. To many times have I left upset due to how I'm treated. I never have had so many issues with a pharmacy as I do with the Meijer in Cadillac Mi.

Terrible experience due to Kate. She is a young woman who acts like she knows all and was condescending. She obviously has not experienced life yet, but acted like she knew all and I was wasting her time to ask questions. Her attitude started with her greeting. When I asked to speak to pharmacist directly she rolled her eyes & snipply said just a moment. Due to circumstances, I called my Dr office, I tried to give her my cell phone and instead of declining professionally she acted like I was handing her the plaque! More happened, but bottom line, this is a pharmacy, often dealing with sick people and elderly. Compassion and professionalism should be #1 qualities. Sadly, Kate needs more training in these areas before continuing to deal with public.

Zack (Main Pharmacist) likes to decide what medicine people should have regardless of what my doctor prescribes to me and my wife. Constant and repeat issues getting medicine from here. Will no longer be coming here and filing a complaint through my doctor, who has also had many other patients complain about this same pharmacist.
