Brandy was amazing. She was so easy-going, funny and genuinely kind, which made my first visit actually fun! something I never thought I’d say about a dentist office. She helped me feel comfortable the whole time and completely changed my usual dental experience. I really appreciated her energy and care. ☺️ Also Emma did an excellent job. She was thorough, attentive, and very easy to talk to, which made the appointment feel relaxed rather than clinical. I left feeling well taken care of and much more positive about future visits. Great staff and service!!! EDIT: I went a second day in a row, since we had scheduled my wisdom tooth extraction and cleaning the next day (quick service)- not only was it super thorough, but also so much fun- as much fun as getting a tooth yanked can get. Right from check in, to check out- one of the best experiences I have had at a Doctor's. Highly recommend!!

I got in online for an emergency visit in less than an hour from when i scheduled it. Everyone i interacted with was super kind. They give thorough explanations and the dentist was willing and able to ease my panic about what I needed. I'm so thankful they were able to turn such a terrible day around so quickly Updating to add ive been waiting on insurance approval. They told me to call on the 16th to check. Its been 9 days of repeatedly calling to find out since, ive left voicemails each time. They answered ONCE and told me they'd call me the next day. That was about a week ago now. Still havent heard anything. I thought the reviews talking about how great they treat you at first to then discard you were lies. They're not. Do not recommend if you need more than an emergency visit. Wasted

I'm not sure what was going on with their front desk, but the lady there was unprofessionally rude. Aggressive during the phone calls. Overreacts at any questions with unhelpfully vague responses. Also, I'm really glad I looked into them more before going through with the care plan since they do not accept our insurance. Weird they wouldn't mention that outright when we presented it to them initially. After talking to others, it seems to be a common occurrence with Aspen Dental and predatory billing practices. Hope others' experiences were better.

First time going they are amazing and they listen! Everyone is super nice and it was a great first experience. Definitely my choice for a dentist. They are awesome on getting you in for appointments asap!!
