Northern Quality Dental

If you hate the Dentist, I definitely recommend Northern quality Dental. They are THE best dental staff i have come across and actually look forward to my appointments. Dr Ben i believe his name was did my fillings and i couldnt ask for a better Dentist, Dental assistants, Hygienists, and Even the front desk staff is Top Tier. Its called Northern Quality for a reason. Edit: Been coming here over a year and still loving it. I use the VA and the receptionist always gets my appointments pre approved before I arrive. That is very helpful because I don't have to hassle with the VA like i had to at other places by getting approval dates. Its always so welcoming and has a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone genuinely cares about you here. I would Give more than 5 Stars if i could.

This was our second cleaning appointment (go every six months) with this office and we could not be happier, the staff is very friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend Northern Quality Dental! They appear to utilize the latest technologies associated with dental work. The office electronically communicates with it's patients to confirm appointments and send reminders which is always helpful. We had issues with our dental insurance and Michelle went above and beyond to resolve them. Again, we couldn't be happier with their service!

Dr Seymour and staff are great. Before coming here I was terrified of dentistry from a bad childhood experience. The first few times I was gently sedated, but now I don’t need that anymore, and that’s all because of the care I received from everyone there. I strongly recommend Dr. Seymour to be your dentist in the Cadillac area.

My experience with Amy's cleaning of my teeth was excellent! Very thorough yet as painless as a cleaning can be. At a previous visit, Dr. Seymour solved a problem that had been causing me pain for over a year. I had seen another dentist twice for that problem and Dr. Seymour solved it in one visit.

Despite my extreme dislike for visiting the dentist they made my visit pleasant. The hygienist was considerate of my stress level and made accommodations to help me. She talked to me about the methods used to clean my teeth. The doctor was prompt and kind when he entered the exam room. They talked to me about my x-rays and created a plan for future care. They never once talked down to me or around me and that’s nice.
