I have seen Dr. Kelly twice, and had an excellent experience both times. She clearly explained procedural options, and then provided that selection. She has a wonderful sense of humor which makes the office experience stress free.

Avoid Dr. Meghan Kelly – Serious Negligence and Dishonesty. I had surgery on my foot with Dr. Megan Kelly at Mount Sinai West in March 2024, expecting a simple procedure. Instead, it became a nightmare of negligence and dishonesty that has left me in chronic pain and possibly needing another major surgery. She promised I would remain awake but secretly ordered the anesthesiologist to put me under. She also had him attach a pain pump he admitted he didn’t know how to use—it failed immediately, leaving me in severe pain for a week. Her surgical incision placement caused repeated wound breakdown. During a second surgery in 2025 to remove hardware, her PA exclaimed, “You broke it,” which she immediately shushed. Dr.Kelly is very smart and thoughtful. She was very attentive to my symptoms, thoughts and needs. She gave me all the time I needed. I cannot imagine how she could have been more helpful or responsive. Dr. Kelly was focused on my specific issues, condition and needs. And, an extra plus for being on time.
