Medz Direct

The first experience I had with these people did not give my medications for 10 days. I went without meds for 4 days. One of the most difficult times of my life. I thought it would be a one time issue...As I write this my meds are now 7 days late. When they do arrive, they are crammed into tiny bottles that explode with pills when you open them because they don't have larger ones I guess. These people are the definition of incompetent.

I have complained about my control substances tablets being short more than once,my prescriptions were being mail to a locked box with USPS my tablets( control substances ) only this last time out of 60 tablets I only got 27, most people go to pharmacy pick up scripts and don’t count their medication, there is shady pharmacist they do exit, maybe the owner of the pharmacy does not know this is going on, it’s the office manager and certain staff that are in on the scam. I ask all people that deal with this pharmacy to count your prescriptions, the office manager says I am the only one out of thousands that complaint about incorrect filled prescriptions. I’m very happy to be able to write reviews on company’s who are shady. Yes they banned me but they will continue doing what they do.if you

When ever I needed them they were there for me, a lot of the bad reviews of from people who most likely lack two simple thing's called patience & understanding, you are not their only customer. I wish there were more pharmacies around like this, they always have my preferred generic in stock and that alone is worth my loyalty not to mention how above and beyond they will go if you are reasonable. Amelia is the kindest and most caring Pharmacist I have interacted with since being in Miami, she deserves a raise to say the least...

(Edited from 1 to 4) Been using for over a year, at first I had a few issues.. but once they got my info and medications correct, it’s been a lot easier than making a stop at the pharmacy every month. Once in a while there may be a miscommunication with the insurance so it might not get filled until every 31 days 🤷‍♂️

Friggin' NIGHTMARE! Medz Direct is the in-house pharmacy at Compass Health, my health care provider. For some unknown reason, someone at compass decided, out of the blue and for no good reason, sent my monthly prescriptions to medzdirect rather than my preferred pharmacy in Publix. Medz Direct promptly "lost" my medication ! Then tried to say I got them, by delivery. One of my meds is a schedule II, and requires a photo ID, and a signature for delivery. Neither of which happened, yet they claim the package was delivered. Almost every one I know who has used mdz direct relate similar stories of messed up deliveries, and lost medicaton. Use your own judgement, but my personal advice would be RUN, Do not use them!!!
