MedStar Health: Urgent Care at Potomac

I am always treated with highest bed side manners when I visit this location. It is always nice to see miss sheila and ms. Vanessa. Myself and family are very grateful to experience this hospitable integrity in this location. They’re very kind and helpful to myself and children. Something I have never experienced. It is a blessing to have them in proximity as we are stated away from love and care provided with professionalism. Ms. Jasmine and Rosemarie are always expeditious in our children ailments. Thank you for having the staff provided.

Best urgent care I’ve ever been to! Incredibly fast, professional, and friendly staff. They treated me like a human being, not just a number. Highly recommend. Also thank the great staff from front desk Vanessa, to great medical assistants, Melanie, Lex, Jasmine and Rosemane. The Medical provider was excellent and she spend enough time going through my condition . This is definitely our new go-to for urgent care needs!

Needed a quick test for a UTI the day after the snow storm. I remember this Urgent Care location from a previous injury and remember a positive experience then. They did not fail. Quick, clean, thorough everything one looks for during a medical situation. Thank you MedStar for calming my nerves, answering my questions and easing my mind.

It's bad enough to be sick with the flu this season, but to know you have faith in your Urgent Care (Medstar in Fortune Terrace, Potomac) made it Much better. The nurses and doctors work such long hours but find the time to smile and lend a hand. Vanessa at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. Sheila, Jackie and Seona, whose names I asked for, were so patient. They took their time, explained everything that I needed to do and even called an Ear doc to confirm their findings and suggested I go to an ER for further assessment which I did and I am so happy I listened. In today's healthcare system, it's hard to find a team that works so well together.
