MedSource Pharmacy

I changed to this Pharmacy a few years ago. Since day one I have always gotten the best service with a smile every time. They always call you by name and make you feel welcome to do business there. Great group of folks.

After moving to the area, I called Medsource to transfer my prescriptions from my old pharmacy. A week later, my meds ran out and I still never heard anything from them. Called to see whats going on to find out they never even tried to transfer my prescriptions. Instead of being nice and apologetic, Holly was extremely rude. I let them know not to worry about it, I'll just find somewhere else and she immediately hung up. Very rude, unprofessional, and not recommended! I believe any good reviews must be friends or family! This place is terrible!

Small town service with a smile and big city convenience...I like the way they treated me there so I transferred my prescriptions there and couldn't be happier. Barely no waiting in line and the service with a smile. They treated me like I was a customer, not just another prescription.
