Dr. Mertely and all of her staff are beyond amazing! They offer such a welcoming environment and are always so positive and kind. My whole family goes there including my 2 toddlers and they are always so sweet and patient with them. I will always recommend this office to anyone in the area!! Had a dental emergency with a broken tooth as well as excruciating pain. Called their office, explained my condition and was immediately scheduled for the following morning. Upon arrival the atmosphere was extremely calming for me. From the receptionist, the nurse and a Gentle dentist Dr Landon. The procedure was painless and very thorough. I left my visit with knowledge of home care instructions and contact information to reach them if needed. I cannot recommend Kinston Smiles enough! They are so kind and thoughtful with my autistic 5yo both as a patient and when he accompanies me for my own visits. They treat their patients like neighbors, which I really appreciate in a healthcare provider.
