ECU Health Heart & Vascular Care - Kinston

Very welcoming staff. This was my first visit with Dr. Pradeep and it could not have been better. He came in and sat down next to me and we talked like comfortable friends. He was easy to talk to and concerned for my well-being. A wonderful visit.

I had a wonderful experience. The Doctor, and nurse explained to me. What they were doing, and also how long. I have to wear my heart monitor for. They told me to keep the heart monitor phone charged every night. And that the phone will let me know when to charge the sensor. To the heart monitor. I am so grateful that they are trying to help me find out. Why at times it feels like my heart is betting out my chest. When I also feel tight in my chest.

A very professional atmosphere but with a lot of caring. The only negative comment I have is with billing. They keep sending bill notifications to me for amount due. However, I have Tri-Care prime and that is who they should be billing and any amount left over that Tri-Care tells me to pay (if any) is the amount I will owe. Please pass this on to your billing department and have them include it in my records for future visits. Thank you.

As always, I am treated with respect. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I was calling back in a timely manner. My provider was very much interested in my health. He also asked me questions about my health and if I needed more help. They always answered my questions.

Doctor Imtiaz and staff are top notch!!! They are professional, knowledgable, friendly and the visit is quick ( from check in / out). I highly recommend this practice.
