Meds Pharmacy

They used to be much more helpful and friendlier. Nowadays? That’s a complete joke. Customer service sucks and so lackadaisical, you’re being treated as an inconvenience. Also, they’ll never notify me when the medication script has been sent over - I always have to chase them up. It’s been downhill from there ever since they royally screwed up on my medication once early last year. Recently, they sent me a text with someone else’s name regarding their medication delivery. Careless mistakes with unfriendly and unhelpful service to boot - a winning combo.

The level of customer service I recieved here was unlike anything I've experienced before. They asked me questions and worked with me to solve my problems. No robots, no wait time, incredible. We didn't even solve my problem, but thats okay because it was a great experience.

Cannot say enough positive things about Meds Pharmacy. I was almost hesitant to leave a review as I didn’t want to have others knowing about them. All things aside from their customer service via phone, online and in person to getting prescriptions filled and ability to speak with front desk or pharmacy - it is the only pharmacy where I have not once left or hung up still confused, frustrated or annoyed. Everyone is extremely friendly knowledgeable, transparent and organized. They will quickly connect you with correct person if they are not appropriate party to speak with. Everything is seamless and it honestly seems too good to be true. As I hope they’ll be able to stick to this high quality service as they grow. My delivery is constantly delayed and asked to reschedule last minute. As someone who lives alone and works two jobs, it’s super inconvenient as I revolve my days at home spent waiting for this delivery.
