+MEDRITE Yorkville Urgent Care - Manhattan

On our plane trip here, I experienced what felt like a ruptured eardrum. Excruciating pain, pop, then a whoosh sound. One day of suffering, I reluctantly headed to this wonderful Urgent care that next morning. Sign in was a breeze, professionally greeted and encouraged to complete an intake form. I did not have a wait long at all. I am a retired RN. MD had great listening skills and upon examination, signs of trauma behind the eardrum. I totally agreed with her plan, she pointed towards the CVS on the next corner where my TX was sent. Thank you for your time and professionalism 🩷

Went on a Sunday and the team was great from reception through to the doc I saw. I did wait just a little longer than I expected to be seen but overall was quick and easy. They even sent my RX right away and I was able to pick it up in 25 mins.

The best Urgent Care experience! My mother had a fall and the front desk (particularly Princess) were so kind and helpful to her. There was a slight wait for the x-ray technician but they offered us options like going and coming back or staying. The x-ray technician (Noah) was incredibly kind, because mom wasn't mobile enough for the machine so he made the machine work around her with patience and care. Both our doctors (Stephanie and Dr. Kelly) were understanding and didn't make us feel rushed or just send us elsewhere. I really felt taken care of here and will be using it for all our Urgent Care needs in the future.

Great experience & excellent customer service! Princess & Natalie went over and beyond to onboard and get me to see a doctor while battling the flu. Would highly recommend this urgent care location for their level of professionalism, information and attention to detail.

Great experience! The front desk was helpful and got me in to see provider quickly. The facilities are nice and clean. The doctor was very good and friendly. I felt like she listened to me and responded promptly. This is now my go to place
