Fast, sense of urgency, kindness, the girl with the funny hot adds so much flavor! The doctor was cool and so was the other guy. Approachable! I liked it. Happy my insurance had no upfront copayment, hoping the 20 % I am responsible is not that crazy. Wish they could tell you an estimate of the visits costs on the spot. One more thing, this is just about humanity, I stepped out to see if I could get a taxi or pay for a Lyft for an elderly couple who walked in with blood on the face, they needed a hospital , but they were reluctantly to get an ambulance, probat because ef cost. It would been great if directives allow the staff to say, don’t worry about bills, your health is more important, we deal with that later, it’s NYC you are not going to jail over an over expensive ambulance services

We were very happy with our visit. The entire staff was kind, caring and compassionate. Our NP was very thorough and listened to all of my daughter's symptoms. She diagnosed her when an earlier visit in our home state was not as successful. Despite my daughter being ill in a city out of state we felt at ease and well treated. Thank you!

This place sucks took too long to get me in a room even though it’s “urgent care” I’ve been here once before and it was fine besides a random male nurse trying to flirt with me. The attendant is also careless I think they’re all students which is why the must not care. Do not come here if you are genuinely in need of help. They also made me pay upfront this time before even receiving care. Which they didn’t last time. Very Inconsistent

Easy to pre register, checkin and very capable staff. The doctor, RN who attended to my dad acted with care & urgency and immediately administered meds and steroids to give my Dad relief from his very low Blood Oxygen (83%). They also made quick decision to call 911 and send us to NYU Langone due to the urgency of his case. Because of her quick actions my Dad is alive, better and discharged. Thank you!

The doctors, nurses, tech and staff here are all terrific. I made a visit for a worrisome cough (week 2 of a brutal cold) on the advice of my primary physician. They were busy and backed up that day, but I still didn't wait more than maybe half an hour to be seen. They sent my pharmacy the prescriptions I needed to help clear up the cough, and I was back home resting and waiting for the pharmacy's notification in maybe a little over an hour. They also treated my husband for a cut on his hand about a year and a half ago, and we had the exact same kind of experience then. We're so glad they are in the neighborhood!
