I was able to schedule hours ahead - was seen ASAP when I got there - was given radiology and a brace - my insurance went seamlessly through, I didnt even have a copay for the first time since CityMD showed up. Im grateful theres much needed urgent care competition available - Im never looking back and only coming to MedRite from now on. Already recommended to my friends to go to MedRite facilities. Commendations to the doctor and nurse who took care of me - your bedside manner, gentle and empathetic care, and expediency and communication make you both an absolute credit to the healthcare industry.

The doctor i saw today was very caring and understanding. The docs assistant was direct to my needs who took a strep and covid test on me. The receptionist seemed busy with alot of things going on but somehow managed to to be versatile and professional with everyone from the phone calls to ppl in the waiting room asking questions/needs. I walked in at 9am and walked out 30 min later the process was fast and efficient. There was no issues with payments as i had my insurance cover this with my $15 copay.i would definitely recommend this place.

Two of us arrived for a scheduled appointment and waited over two hours to be seen. During that time i requested ETA for the tech and was continuously given incorrect estimates about when the X-ray tech would arrive. Eventually they got the manager on the phone and she explained that whether you walk in or make an appointment, Imaging services depend entirely on when the technician shows up…meaning patients are expected to wait indefinitely. This reflects a serious lack of coordination and consideration for patients’ time. If imaging staff are unavailable or delayed, patients should be notified in advance and given an accurate expectation of wait times so they can make informed decisions. I went there for a toe pain issue. The lady behind the desk was very nice and courteous to me. My doctor was naketa cooper and told her my condition and was very helpful and considerate and caring. She prescribed me some medication for my toe injury and the medication she gave me has been working as I am still taking it until I am pain free again. I highly recommend recommend this establishment and again thank you to the staff and a special thanks to doctor naketa cooper for taking care of my needs❤️❤️😍😍
