I had a wonderful experience at MedRite Urgent Care, thanks to Josephine. She was incredibly warm and sweet from the moment we arrived. My friend was very tense and apprehensive, and Josephine took the time to calm him down with such kindness and patience. She made him feel comfortable and safe while ensuring he received the medical care he needed. Her compassion truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Josephine, for going above and beyond.

Team was amazing. Great service. Staff all the way from the receptionist to the physician Was extremely helpful. They requested an x-ray technician to come and see me and they got here within 15 minutes. Best service I received an urgent care ever.

The doctor and nurse I saw were amazing. The doctor sat with me, answered all of my questions, and spent more time with me than any of my previous primary doctors. She showed genuine care and concern. Whole team was great

Medrite was a total positive experience from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. First of all, there was no wait time, and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. When we finished our conversation, I was immediately taken into a room, the doctors assistant took all necessary procedures before I saw the doctor. RUN from this place. Your local bodega guy can provide better medical care, and almost certainly will care more about your safety and wellbeing. Went here after a car accident and the PA was dismissive, rude, and straight up yelled at me in front of an Xray tech because she failed to properly triage me and ask for the right imaging. My mom has been a nurse for over 30 years, and I grew up around doctors, nurses and PAs my entire life. I have the utmost appreciation and respect for what they do and almost always give the benefit of the doubt to the medical provider, but the PA I had here might have been from hell. Not just a lack of care or bed side manner but what felt like actual distain for me being there and wasting her time. I was screamed at for not coming to find her on the floor
