Mednow Urgent Care

I am submitting this complaint regarding an incident that occurred on 2/13 at approximately 9:11 AM at the Grovetown location. I have been a patient at this office for approximately five years and have consistently experienced professional and courteous service. However, this morning’s interaction with Destiny Biggs (Practice Manager/RN) was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The issue began as a billing dispute involving what appears to be a duplicate copay charge on my account. The original billing concern involved my son’s account under my wife, and our accounts have never been linked. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to your facility. While the medical care I received from the doctors and nurses was excellent, I was disappointed by the service at the front desk. Upon arrival, only one sign-in tablet was functional. The clerk watched me struggle with the broken tablet without offering assistance or information. When another patient encountered the same issue, the clerk reacted by rolling her eyes rather than helping. Furthermore, I was concerned to witness a nurse and a clerk discussing a patient's private medical information loudly in the lobby. The staff did not offer a private area for this conversation and appeared to be "teaming up" on the patient, which was unprofessional. I typically prefer your Washington Road

I got pretty quick service for as busy as they were, which was nice. I appreciate the In-N-Out along with feeling like I was cared for. Excellent service from the doctor and the medical assistant! Unfortunately, the front desk is not welcoming, does not take time to even smile or welcome people when they walk in, which is Disappointing as this starts the experience for the patient.

Today my dad was having issues breathing so i decided to take him to Mednow. Our visit was more than we could have asked for. NP Jason Stephens is hands down the best experience I have ever had. He spent at least 10 minutes with my dad finding out his past medical history before diagnosing. Mr Stephens was only worried about my dad’s medical condition not how many other patients he had. He was truly concerned about his health. This man is a blessing and it’s rare to find someone so caring. Such a wonderful person.

We have been using this location for 3 years now for our DOT physical but NOT ANY LONGER! We will not be returning due to the lack of professionalism and tact. The issue could have been handled differently. I went with my husband to get his DOT physical and we were sitting there i was filling out his paperwork as I usually doAND HAVE EVERY TIME! I WAS done and he was signing his paperwork and a blonde headed lady come out of the back said his name and in front of everyone scolded him like he was a child and told him he had to fill in his own paperwork. REALLY??? NOT that its a problem for him to do his own paperwork at all I just usually do it because he wants it to be neat and you can't hardly read his writing. This is an easy fix. When someone comes in tell them that they have to fill it
