Medly Pharmacy

It's direct to my house. With covid and how some places are, working from home seems safe now. Plus the drivers are direct and fast. I have not had a delivery person be rude yet. As long as they are nice, I will continue to use the service until something happens to change my needs. If you want to improve your service, inform customers of prescriptions which are on their last refill. This reminder, along with the customer wanting Medly to request additional refills, only at the request of the customer, would be an improvement. Especially for vital things such as insulin and other medications.

Starting with the call for my information when they first got my prescription from my doctor to the follow up calls to schedule the delivery of my medication, they were all very professional and courteous. I was called when my delivery was on the way and received text messages and a call during the delivery time by the driver and the pharmacy to let me know the medicine was on it's way. I am very happy and satisfied with the service I received from Medly Pharmacy and their staff. P. Ramkissoon.

For those of you that are in need of great Pharmacy, I recommend you give Medly Pharmacy a try. I have been a customer for about 10 years and I've always received wonderful in store and delivery service! I never had to call for a refill or ran out of my medication because my doctor make sure to ask if I need refills and send it to Medly Pharmacy to make sure I never run out of medication! Give Medly Pharmacy a try you won't ever be disappointed!

I had a horrible experience with Medly! At first I received a text saying my son’s medication wasn’t covered by my insurance and Medly would get back to me with an update about a possible backup medication that might be covered. That part was fine. But then nearly a week later I get a random text that a delivery driver was on the way to my house. I was totally caught off guard. I had never received an update, as promised, so I had no idea if this was the original medicine that insurance decided to cover or was this the back up medicine? Did I have a co-pay or would I have to pay the full amount? Then the delivery driver was very rude to me. She also did not have a mask covering her nose and mouth while on my property standing close to me. Then she was in such a rush she couldn’t even wait

The person at the delivery department was very courteous. I Received texts with updates of where the driver was. I really like the bag they used for the prescription.
