Medilodge of Capital Area

I stayed around 32 days and was treated with respect, caring, and knowledgable people. I got a lot healthier and stronger. Even the food wasn't bad. It was clean and bug free, from what I saw. I would recommend this place because of the Staff and the way they treated me. From the cleaning crew to physical theropy I was Treated with Great Respect. I even made some patients smile and befriended my room mate. Whom I will visit in the future. Thank you for All of your assistance.

They are worse than any place to go. I wouldn't take a flower there for them to keep it a live. 100 % will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANY OF THE MEDI LODGE PERIOD

Medilodge of Capital Area along with Heart to Heart Hospice did a wonderful job taking great care of my Dad. Yes, there was a slip here & there but overall the staff did the best they could. Family is very important when a person enters a nursing home, as family is needed more than ever!!

This medilodge is run so well.We have the best nursing staff,Abey,Amanda, Agnes, Serena, David, Doug, Victor and many others.Our administration staff is top notch. If your looking for a place this is it. Also our CNA staff is great

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My Aunt was send for services and there was hardly any staff to be found anywhere. She had bedsores and we were told she would be moved every 2 hours. We were there for over 4 hours one day and no one ever came in to even check on her or give her medicine let alone move her. She was severely dehydrated and had to be sent to the hospital. We found a different facility to send her to after the hospital and we came back to her room 2 days after she left to get her belongings and the same tuna sandwich they brought her was still sitting in her room. No one came in to clean it in over 48 hours. Unless you can be with your loved one 24/7 to monitor the care they are getting, I wouldn’t trust leaving them there.
