Medicine Chest Pharmacy

Monday, while standing at the counter having medicine filled, I requested a refill of a monthly script and asked it be delivered. Tuesday and Wednesday passed, no medicine. Thursday I called and was told they were working on it and it'd be delivered that afternoon. Thursday afternoon I called again because it's 4:30 and still no delivery. This time, they said they had no idea that I was to be getting anything filled. I called my doctor's office and they said they hadn't received the request until that morning. I called the pharmacy yet again, who says this time, that it's ready and can be picked up. I go to pick it up and the lady behind the counter wants to know if I want another medicine that had been there for almost 30 days!! Then, she wants to make out like I'm an idiot because the

I brought a friend to fill their medicine this morning and never have I met a ruder bunch of people than at Medicine Chest in Ville Platte, LA. I've never felt so disrespected as I have this morning at their drive through. That is my 2nd experience with the employees at this place and both times they were very unpleasant, rude, and disrespectful. Needless to say they will never get my business and they lost the business of the person I brought. I am forced to rate my experience so I can post this. If not it would be zero stars.

I called in my meds and I didn't receive all my meds this is not the first time it will be the last time young gir work at the window dont know anything very poor service

Just lately, meds not being delivered even when asked 2 or 3 times. Plus other things. Maybe is just computer mix up? Very friendly staff. Drive thru not quicker like once was.
