Dr. Luke is an excellent orthodontist. He and his staff go above and beyond in their job. They communicate effectively with the procedures and appointments and always have a friendly smile. I recommend Dr. Luke 10/10 for all your orthodontist needs!

Our experience with Luke Chapman Orthodontics has been exceptional! Our 2nd child has completed her treatment there and we couldn't be more pleased. The staff is very friendly and always makes you feel right at home. Dr Luke is down to earth and the kids love him. Highly recommend this office for all your orthodontic needs!

Staff is very friendly. However, if we would have known they didn't take the insurance we had we would have went to a different orthodontist. Procedure my daughter needed they said would not be covered by insurance but after I talked to insurance myself, they said if they would have filed it then it more than likely would have been covered but they never filed it. Bc it is medicaid, they said no orthodontist in the state takes medicaid but that also was false because there is a couple that do. Staff overall is very nice but unfortunately we still out of a couple thousand dollars

Horrible customer service, horrible staff. Money hungry don’t care about patients result.
