Staff is incredibly fun.I've had nothing but great service there they all know me by name. They know just what to get me. I will continue going there because they are so wonderful

Switched over from Walgreens a couple of years ago and I have zero regrets about the decision to do so.

I call ahead of time every time I need to pick up my prescription and somehow it’s never ready. I always have to wait 10+ minutes. I called and was told they would get my prescription ready today, showed up 5 hours later only for them to tell me I don’t have any renewals, which would’ve been nice to know over the phone. Don’t waste your time here, clerks are no help.

I've been going here since August 2023 and I've had nothing but problems. They aren't submitting my prior authorizations when I request it, I've called them about it multiple times and they'd flat out said they won't submit it because the medication isn't in stock which why would you do it now so when the medication does come in you can fill it? I've called in advance multiple times and tell them specifically when I'll pick up and my meds are never ready. It takes at least 20 minutes of me standing around for it to be ready. They will never call you if there's an issue. Just a headache.
