Marwa at the Moorhead location was incredible! She listened attentively to my concerns and ensured my comfort throughout the session. She had VERY strong hands that worked out some knots I didn’t even know existed! This has been my third massage at Elite, and all massage therapists are knowledgeable, caring, and thoughtful. I was surprised by the inclusion of unlimited add-ons with the updated pricing; this allows accessibility for much more services. Had an appointment a few weeks ago and had to sit on my thoughts for this a bit. Have to give about a 2 star review on my experience. Pros: - Free Hot Towel & Hot Stones on first visit. - Massage therapist was very nice. Cons: - When leaving, they tell you if you rate highly, you’ll have a chance to win a free massage. I do not like this, because it influences what otherwise may be honest opinions. So it makes me question the legitimacy of the other reviews. - I was charged for the tip twice. I called and they said they’ll refund, but if I hadn’t checked my credit card statement then I would have paid way more than I expected. I’d like to think it was an honest mistake, but would recommend others to check their accounts. - I went in and let the masseuse know about my back problems and

I surprised my boyfriend for a couples massage here at the Moorhead location for his birthday. I was anxious at first since it’s our first time coming to this location and I wanted my boyfriend and I to have a great experience for his birthday. The people here did not disappoint. We were greeted warmly, and the receptionists were very attentive and informative. Claire was great. I love how consistent she was with the pressure I asked for. I got the hot stones and cupping as well with our 90mins massage, and I highly recommend. My boyfriend said that Taylor was amazing. She targeted the muscles my boyfriend requested very well. I randomly booked with Taylor at Elite Therapeutic Massage & Health Partners just a few hours before my appointment after waking up with a really sore neck and back—and I’m so glad I did! She was absolutely amazing. Taylor is super kind, attentive to details, and made sure to ask questions both before and during the massage to really tailor everything to what I needed. She checked in on pressure, explained what she was doing, and created such a comfortable and relaxing environment. I walked out feeling so much better. Cannot recommend Taylor enough!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The experience was amazing from start to finish. I walked out feeling relaxed, satisfied, and happy with my experience. Josie was attentive and went above and beyond with my lower back injury, making sure to ask about the pressure and adjusted the bed to accommodate me. I will absolutely be returning to her in the future!
