I am so thankful to have found Dr. Lizette when I did! I am a runner who was training for her first marathon and suddenly found myself injured and unable to run without pain. Dr. Lizette took the time to truly learn about me and my story and then analyzed my running form with a 2D analysis. While I was running she took some video and then did a full commentary of what she saw with my form and gave her suggestions on how we can start to correct what was going on. The plan she has given me was completely individualized and changes as I gain more strength and mobility. Because of her, I have gone from running in pain to being able to race again! I can't recommend her enough! She has changed my running life!

Dr. Lizette has helped our boys with many different types of injuries and various ailments throughout the past several years as they play sports. Not only is her care top notch, but she is incredibly personable to work with. She does a great job of explaining what is wrong and why certain treatments and/or therapies might be necessary. She has also done a fantastic job of teaching our boys how to do exercises at home to help strengthen their bodies to help them prevent further injuries.
