Medical Park Pharmacy

I bought a brand new power chair in August last year, last Friday morning, I got on it and it won't operate, we carry it to medical park pharmacy where I bought it. The guy Rob said he would check it out. Fastforward til today,cRob said he would call me this past week, he hadn't called me at all .He didn't come in to work until 12 today, I left a message for him to call me, he didn't so went up there. He's up on a ladder changing a light bulb. He said he had to charge the power chair 11 hours last night, the scooter hasn't been touched!!! No calls from him or anything!!! I paid over 3,000 for this chair, and he couldn't even call the company. When we took the chair up there last Friday, he said he had 2 chairs ahead of me, I said ok, His comment to me and my husband was I'm slow!!! I shou

Wonderful experience. The young lady not only listened and understood, but also assisted me in setting up the rollator walker to the perfect settings for me. She then took me outside and showed how to collapse and load the walker. I have a very small 20 rear plus Ford. After a number of tries, she found a quick and easy method for loading and unloading the walker. Definitely recommend using this Medical. Park location.

The staff especially the pharmacist who is a black ne head d lady with glasses was very rude bc they had a lot going 😔 n. I understand that but there was some information we needed as well and and things also had to be done. I've never seen people so rude.

Came here with a prescription for maternity compression pants for my Hypotension, waited about 20 mins to be fitted for the pants because they have to be customed ordered. Told they would be available in 2 weeks time. It's been well over 2 weeks I've called numerous times to get an update and I'm either asked to hold and they'll get the person I need to talk to about it (which after being on hold for 15+ minutes I'll hang up) or no one answers and I leave a message.. never gotten a call back either. I've taken my prescription elsewhere.

To the lovely woman with dyed blonde hair and and purple and clear glasses. You absolutely made our day. You are fantastic. If this pharmacy was closer than my old one. I would definitely transfer. You deserve a raise. You are so wonderful. Me and my partner can’t thank you enough and you’re a wonderful representative of the company. Also, read some of the other reviews I just want to say I love whoever’s responding to these people that don’t get their facts straight! It’s so refreshing. You guys deserve so many good reviews.
