**Review of Dr. Penuela, cardiologist ** I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the care my husband received from Dr. Penuela. After an EKG revealed a severe stenosis at the aortic valve, which is a life-threatening condition, we expected prompt communication and actionable steps from his office. Unfortunately, that was not the case. While his office did call to relay the report, Dr. Penuela himself never took the time to personally reach out to my husband. This lack of direct communication during such a critical time was deeply concerning. My husband made multiple attempts to contact the doctor, hoping for a timely discussion about his condition and potential treatment options, but these calls were met with silence. Great Doctor was concerned no rushing explained every detail about my problem & the testing . Office is also very efficient . Took care of my appointment explained what when and how .could not ask for a better Doctor & Staff . Thank to all of you
