Medical Center EMS

Forced my daughter get in the ambulance 5 minutes before I arrived. She tried to tell them no. Now we got a $1400 bill and threats to send us to collections. They checked her blood pressure. Such a scam and anyone I call sends me to another person saying it's not their problem. No wonder insurance is so expensive.

Sadly it took 10 hours for this ambulance company to reach us in our emergency. Then another 2 hours to reach the hospital for a total of 12 hours. Fortunately the patient survived due to the diligence and skill of the doctors, nurses and surgeons. Bowling Green would be a great place to start a quality ambulance service that has a focus on service.

Had to use for my mom recently. Had a bad experience. The night crew was good and very respectful towards me and mom. The next morning crew that brought her home not so much. Not professional or polite at all.

Been waiting for hours at Greenview Hospital to have my mother transferred to medical center and still no ambulance this place is an absolute joke.

Extremely Low blood sugar patient; paramedics were very caring professional services during treatment. I was treated on the scene. Thanks EMS
