Love my Doctor. However there is a known issue by the practice that front desk does not relay messages. This could be critical when needing to find out details prior to scheduling an appointment or a prescription refill. Front desk does lie about it and says message has been sent when it hasn't been. Practice may want to remember this could be a nice medical Mal-practice suit.

Medical Associates Waynesboro office staff is very kind and compassionate from check-in to check-out. Rebecca B. Rote is a great PA. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, follows up with her patients in a timely manner, and takes the time to listen to her patients. Gives thorough examination at each visit. She is a blessing.

Everyone is very friendly and Dr. Johnson is very caring and listens. My only complaint is that they don’t go over your labs with you. I just get a phone call saying everything is normal, without saying what tests were done or the specific results.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been going here since a little kid n have had all 3 of my kids going here too. But I've had 2 different times where my 2 BOYS got refused to be seen. They told me because he hasn't been seen in a while they won't see him. That I have to make an appointment. After trying to talk to someone multiple times, getting put on hold, getting transfered to so many people the nurse then asked... Well do you want to make an appointment for daughter or not? With an attitude so then I told the nurse my son is a boy not a girl. They then had the administrator call my phone and ask me if I called being rude and cussing? yes after you refuse not to see my son with a fever and then call him a girl I did cuss. She then hung up in my face!!! I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY KI

The service was very fast & professional. The doctor we had was a good one for my 10 year old son. He encouraged him & gave him some words of wisdom.
