We arrived for pre-op and were greeted by the most welcoming and friendly staff. The facility is neat, clean, and organized. The check-in process was extremely easy. Paperwork was explained clearly. Each staff member that we encountered was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Most impressive was the fact that staff took the time to escort us to each area where tests were needed. We were not “sent” to find places/rooms on our own. Wait times were less than 5 minutes for each test. Light refreshments were generously offered before and after testing. A valet driver who waited in a golf cart to drive us to our car was an added touch to a fantastic pre-op experience. Overall, we felt seen, heard, and cared for. If the upcoming surgery goes as well as the pre-op experience, we are in good hands

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The nurse took very good care of me she made sure that I was warm and comfortable told me everything that she was doing. When the anesthesia came in he explained everything to me when I awoke there wasn't any pain. Great job Burke Health.

I had a great experience at Burke Health. Everything went smooth from check in to departure. Everybody seemed knowledgeable and attentive to my care. Probably the best experience I've had in a hospital setting. And though it was a two hour drive for me it was well worth it.

I had a total knee replacement. Everyone was so friendly. From intake to the time I went home. They were all so friendly and accommodating to my husband and son as well. The food is delicious. I spent the night and usually it takes all day to be discharged, not at Burke Hospital. After a full breakfast, I was discharged and in the car by 9:45. It was a great experience. Thank you everyone at Burke Hospital.

I had knee replacement surgery yesterday. This facility couldn't be any more perfect. From the time my husband and I were treated with utmost courtesy, respect and kindness. I also had sweet Olivia for pre-op care as well as Alex as anesthesia nurse, both of whom were friendly and efficient. All the staff, and I wish I could remember all their names, were awesome and seemed to appreciate my sense of humor. I was admittedly a bit frightened to have the surgery, but since this experience, I'll be eager to have the other knee done next winter. Dr. Meredith is so good, and Burke and he have great people working for them.
